I am one of the founding members of Adria Solutions Ltd. We started the business in 2004. I was in my early 20s and having fallen into recruitment completely by accident, I found it was something I was really good at, especially at IT Recruitment.

While working at Adria Solutions, I’ve learnt that recruitment is a rollercoaster, and no two days are ever the same! The best thing about my job is helping people progress in their careers, and the thing that keeps me going on a difficult day is the thought of placing a candidate in a job that’s right for them.

The best advice I could give someone who wants to work in recruitment is, to be honest, well organised and work hard.

The skill I would most like to learn is cyber-security. My long-term ambition is to retire early and travel to some places I’ve never been, such as Australia and the Far East.
