How to Refer A Friend to Adria

- As soon as we receive their details, we will contact your friend to discuss their needs
- Your friend will need to register with us as a candidate
- The moment they register with us, we will be on the lookout for any jobs which match your friend’s skills
- Your friend will receive advice and guidance throughout the interview process until they are placed in a role
- Once your friend has successfully completed three month’s service in their new job, you will need to contact us to claim your vouchers
- Yes, you can refer as many friends as you like!
Terms and Conditions
- Your friend must work in IT, Digital or Marketing in order for us to be able to place them
- Consent must be obtained before you refer a friend to Adria Solutions Ltd
- Where a referral results in your friend being placed by us, Adria Solutions Ltd will award you with £350 in retail vouchers of your choice
- No cash alternative available
- Excludes candidates currently registered or previously placed by Adria Solutions Ltd
- We must receive your friend’s details via the form on this page before they register with us – referrals can not be made retrospectively
- To qualify for a reward, your friend must be placed by us within 12 months of us receiving their details
- Referral candidates must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK
- Referral fees will only be paid once the candidate has completed 3 month’s service
- Where there are multiple referrals, the one that results in a placement will win the fee
- Where any dispute occurs, Adria’s decision is final
