Terms and Conditions

Please be sure to have a conversation with your friend and get their consent before sending us their details.

No, referrals need to happen before your friend registers with us. Referrals are only valid for friends who aren’t currently registered with us and haven’t been placed by Adria Solutions before.

If your friend secures a role with us within 12 months of referral and completes three months in the job, you’ll receive £350 in retail vouchers. Please note there’s no cash alternative.

Your friend must be over 18, work in a tech, digital or marketing role, have the right to work in the UK and not be previously registered with us.

Yes, you can refer as many friends as you like. However, where there are multiple referrals, the one that results in a placement will win the fee. Where any dispute occurs, Adria’s decision is final.
